Private Sector Infrastructure Protection: It’s Not Just a Government Thing!
Moderator: Ms. Judith Woodhall (C)
Panel: Mr. John Andersoon (C), Mr. Donald S. Burgess (C), Mr. Dennis Groseclose (C), Mr. Greg Hull (C), Mr. Mike Rubin (C)

More than 80% of our Nation's Critical Infrastructure is owned and operated by the Private Sector. Industry executives discuss their challenges working with the public sector from an enterprise perspective:
  • Energy and other critical sectors of the U.S. economy;
  • Utilities;
  • Insurance and Financial Services;
  • Transportation.

Never before has our country and its allies so badly needed timely, accurate and correlated Geospatial Information. The National, DoD and Civilian agencies, as well as their State, Local and Industry partners, are key to ensuring that Geospatial Information is created, handled, exploited, processed, stored and disseminated in a fashion which allows efficient and effective enterprise use and management. Each enterprise faces similar problems and yet at the same time is unique. This panel will explore and discuss the progress that has been made to date in providing Geospatial Information for the Enterprise and how to address these unique problems.
